A NOTE FROM YOUR MISSIONARY

I can't tell you how excited Nan and I are about our move to Fayetteville and my new ministry as your Director of Missions. I am so grateful for your confidence and trust in your Personnel Commitee and the acceptance of Nan and I into your lives. We sensed that every person on your committee is a God-loving individual who sought God's leadership throughout their search for a new DOM. Your reception and welcome at the Executive Board Meeting reassured Nan and I that our prayers had been answered and that God was going to give us a new beginning with a wonderful group of people.

God willing, I plan to be in the office on Tuesday, May 5th.

Finally, let me say that I come with the desire to lead our association in building upon the present ministries that you already have in place, and to seek God's Will in the areas of missions and ministry that He would lead us to do. I met so many who were excited about Brotherhood, WMU, Disaster Relief and Rebuild, Mission Trips, and so many other ministries that you are already doing. Praise God for your faithfulness. Together, with God's help, I am sure we can do great things to His glory. I look forward to meeting so many of you in the days ahead.
