Plan to arrive at the BCM building between 10-10:15. Serve between 11 am & 1:15 pm - Plan to serve about 100.

They have: Ice machine, Glasses, Plates, Silverware, Cups and Dishwasher.

You may want to bring: Napkins, Paper Plates, Cups and Silverware, if you do not want to do dishes.

8 cakes or 12 pies (mix if desired)
